Frances L. “Fran” Wilson, 84 of Alexandria passed away at Community Hospital in Anderson on May 4, 2023.
She was born on October 18, 1938 in Elwood, the daughter of Walter and Dorothy (Wilson) Galbreath.
Fran was employed by Target for many years and was a member of Alexandria Eagle Arie 1771.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Haroldean Wilson; three stepchildren, Shearldine (Bill) Roundtree, Randall (Suzanne) Wilson, LeAnne (Dave) Aloupis; son, Shawn Parker; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; eight siblings, Ethel(Robert) Morris, Barbara (Claude) Carmichael, Richard (Becky) Galbreath, Albert (Carolyn) Galbreath, Carl (Paula) Galbreath, Terry (Joann) Galbreath, Billy (Janet) Galbreath, Donald Galbreath and many nieces and nephews.
Fran was preceded in death by her parents and 5 siblings.
Funeral services will be 12 noon on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home 2 hours prior to the funeral service.
