Brian Lee Velez Vives (32) of Brockton died April 30th in St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Brighton.
He was born in Guayama, Puerto Rico son of Lisandro Velez and Maria Lissette Vives both of Brockton. Brian worked as a security officer for the Bridgewater Corrections Unit. He was a graduate of Brockton High School and enjoyed rap and reggaeton music. Brian loved his only daughter Aimarah and socializing with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his daughter Aimarah Velez, a brother Lisandro Velez Jr. of Boston and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Sunday May 7th from 5-8 pm. Services in the Funeral Home Monday May 8th at 10 am. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N Pearl Street Brockton. Viewing from 9 am prior to services.
