Evangeline R. (Picanso) Quattrochi passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at her home with her loving daughter by her side. She was the widow of the late Alberto J. Quattrochi, who passed away in 1996 after 47 years of marriage.
She was born in Lowell and was a daughter of the late Antonio Picanso and the late Maria (Bettencourt) Picanso. She was raised and educated in the Lowell area.
Evangeline worked for many years as an Inspector at Raytheon before her retirement. She was communicant of St. Margaret of Scotland Parish.
She is survived by her daughter, Judith Ann Quattrochi of Dracut; her son, John Anthony Quattrochi and his wife, Susan McKeever Quattrochi of St. Augustine FL; her grandchildren, John Paul Quattrochi and his wife, Megan Lickley Quattrochi of Washington, DC, and Gina Quattrochi of Los Angeles, CA; her great grandchildren, Leona Lickley Quattrochi and Lorenzo Lickley Quattrochi both of Washington, DC.
On Sunday, April 30, 2023 all are welcome to attend her calling hours from 2 - 6 p.m. at McDonough Funeral Home, 14 Highland Street, Lowell, 978-458-6816. On Monday morning her funeral will begin at the funeral home at 9 a.m. followed by her funeral mass at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret of Scotland Parish, 374 Stevens Street, Lowell, followed by burial at St. Patrick Cemetery in Lowell.
