Petra Quinones (87) of Brockton died April 16th in the Good Samaritan Medical Center.
She was born in Loiza, Puerto Rico daughter of the late Primitivo Osorio and Catalina Carrasquillo. Petra enjoyed going to the beach, playing cards, bingo, dominoes, socializing with family and friends and enjoying a beer.
Petra is survived by her 2 sons, Luisito Calderon of Brockton and Jose Pizarro of Springfield, 4 daughters, Debra Fuentes of Brockton, Aida Calderon of Puerto Rico, Nitza Pizarro of Brockton and Sandra Calderon of Framingham, (mother of the late Jose Fuentes), a brother Primitivo Osorio of Puerto Rico, 4 sons in laws, Ernesto Carrasquillo, John Hood, Wildredo Lanzo and Neftali Salgado, a daughter in law Margarita Ramos, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Friday April 28th from 5-8 pm. Services in the Funeral Home Saturday Morning April 29th at 10 am. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N Pearl Street Brockton. Viewing from 9 am prior to services.
