Florence I. Wells, 94, of Derry, NH, died Wednesday, April 12, 2023 in The Courville at Manchester in Manchester, NH, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 29, 1929 in Somerville, MA, a daughter of the late Jacob and Lucille (Merrill) Jeffrey. She had been a resident of Derry, NH for the past 39 years, formerly living in Somerville, MA.
She is survived by two sons, John Constantine of Baltimore, MD, and Stephen Constantine of Belmont, MA; three daughters, Cheryl Leatham of Shrewsbury, MA, Deborah O'Neil of Wilmington, MA, and Victoria Wells of NH; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Reginald Wells; her son, William Constantine; and her three brothers Alford, Edward and Harold Jeffrey, and her sister Ruth Smallman.
Following cremation, services will be held by the family at a later date. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium of Derry and Londonderry are assisting the family with arrangements.
