On Tuesday, April 11, 2023, Ted Russo passed away peacefully at the age of 89 in his home surrounded by his loved ones.
Ted was born on April 5, 1934, in Everett, MA to Helen and Theodore Russo. He graduated Everett High School in 1952 and then served in the Army from 1953-1955. He received a degree in Engineering from Northeastern University in 1961 and a Master of Science in 1966. Ted worked at an MIT lab from 1963-1969 and then worked at Polaroid as an Electrical Engineer Manager from 1969-1995. After Ted retired, he worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative, a physics professor at North Shore and Northern Essex Community Colleges, and as a substitute teacher in his community.
In his free time, Ted enjoyed reading, walking, watching the Patriots, and working on his own electrical projects. Most of all, Ted loved spending time with his family.
