Bridget McDonough, died peacefully, April 6, 2023. Bridget was born and raised in Carraroe, Co. Galway, Ireland, the eldest of 7 siblings and emigrated to Boston in 1960. From 1972 until her retirement, Bridget was a longtime Mass. State Lottery employee, starting as a keypunch operator. She is preceded in death by her parents John and Bridget and siblings Patrick and Sally, survived by siblings John, Michael, Peter and mourned by their respective spouses, Theresa, Eva and Cheryle and her sister Kathleen. Missed by many nieces and nephews in Ireland and Wales and the USA/metro Boston including Joan Kennedy, her sons, Dean Constant and John Constant, George Constant and Despo Magoni-Constant. Grieved by Edward Reardon, her longtime companion and Lottery colleague.
A Roman Catholic Wake, funeral Mass and burial will occur in Carraroe, Co. Galway. A memorial Mass in metro Boston shall be held at a later date.
