Noelia Quiñones Ramos, 98, of New Bedford died March 29, 2023 peacefully at Leominister Hospital surrounded by her family.
Born and raised in Moca, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Celestino and Felicita (Vega) Ramos Quiñones, she lived in New York before moving to New Bedford.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her 4 children, Joel Quiñones and his wife Karen Quiñones of Ashburnham, Carmen Quiñones of New Bedford, Mark Anthony Quiñones of Gardner, and Victor "Rocky" Perez of New Bedford; her brother, William Ramos Quiñones of San Antonio, Puerto Rico; 10 grandchildren, Kendra Quiñones, Kelsey Quiñones, Joel Quiñones, Jr., and his wife Justine Quiñones, Jordan Quiñones and his wife Meredith Quiñones, Julian Juan, Janine Santos and her husband Jeremy Santos, Izaiah Quiñones, Andre Quiñones, Gabbrielle Noelia Quiñones, and Amarah Perez; 7 great-grandchildren, Angel Figueroa, Adalia Perez, Madison Quiñones, Koa Quiñones, Elijah Santos, Julian Juan Jr., and Luna Quiñones; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Luis Antonio Ramos Quiñones, Aracelia Roman Ramos, Israel Ramos Quiñones, Ana America Lopez Ramos and Samuel Ramos Quiñones.
Her visiting hours will be held on Monday, April 3rd from 4-7 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 4th at 11 AM in the funeral home followed by burial in Pine Grove Cemetery.
