Mr. Dickens Saint-Elien of Mattapan, passed away on March 26, 2023.
Dickens was born to Edes and Lamercie Saint-Elien on December 12, 1973 in Boston, MA.
Dickens was an aspiring author and a musical producer, and had earned his associates degree from the Massachusetts Communication College, Dickens was also a graduate from the prestigious school of Manhattan Bible Institute.
Dickens left Boston and his family in the 1990's in search of his dream of becoming a musician and a producer. After years of soul searching, he has realized that the music industry and its culture did not provide the moral force he needed to make him a better person morally and ethically. Dickens left the music industry for his true calling, he became a man of God.
When Dickens returned to Boston in 2014, his life was entirely devoted to the words of God. He was no longer living for himself, but to advance his unique relationship with his creator. Dickens became a minister, teacher, author, motivator and inspirator.
Dickens was not looking for glory, financial gains, recognition. He understood that those earthly elements can easily cloud your thinking and your ability for true fulfillment. Dickens was kind, non-judge mental, and always ready to give regardless of how he was himself judged.
