PORTER- Janet Linda Atwood, age 66, passed away on March 24, 2023 in Portland.
She was born in Norwood, MA on Jan. 4, 1957, a daughter of the late Arnold and Mildred (Silva) Peck.
She worked for Lakeville Tap & Die as a truck driver and was employed as an engraver at Colonial Trophy.
Janet will always be remembered for the enjoyment she had cooking, making cakes, making crafts, boating, going for drives, cookouts, and most especially being with family.
She is predeceased by her parents; and a sister- Linda Peck.
Janet is survived by her loving husband- David Atwood; children- Tara Atwood and Denise Atwood; and her sister Lynn Stewart.
A celebration of Janet's life will be held this summer.
