Ilidio Manuel Da Silva, 62 of Lowell, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Lowell General Hospital. He was born in Faial, Azores, Portugal on July 29, 1960 and was a son of the late Vital Da Silva and the late Maria (Hortese) Da Silva. He was raised in Faial, where he attended the area schools.
He relocated to the United States settling in Lowell where he made his home. He was employed as a fork lift operator for many years before his retirement.
Ilidio was a loving brother to Vital, Ruben, and Marilia,; loving tio to Ruben,Sonya, Sandro, Reuben Paul, Tanya, Nicole, and Monica; and many extended family and friends will will miss him very much.
He was the former husband of the late Fatima Maria (Goulate).
On Friday, March 31, 2023, his visitation will take place from 4-6 p.m. at McDonough Funeral Home, 14 Highland Street, Lowell 978-458-6816. His funeral service will take place in the funeral home at 6 p.m..
