'I Believe I Can Fly'
Dr. Pierre L. Boulas, a resident of Andover and beloved husband of Jilla (Khalilolahi) Boulas, passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. He was 55 years old.
Born in Villefranche-Sur-Saone, France, he was the beloved son of Annick (Peullemeulle) and the late Michel L. Boulas. Pierre spent most of his childhood in Gabon, Africa, cultivating a love for the ocean and wind surfing. Pierre’s compassion and energy were expressed through his career in the pharmaceutical industry, where he contributed enormously to the development of life-saving medications used around the world today. Pierre cared for his family immensely and was the most loving father, husband, son, and friend. He dedicated much of his time to traveling, cooking for others, playing tennis and soccer, as well as watching both with his sons. He was the kindest person you could ever meet. He will be dearly missed.
Besides his beloved wife, Jilla, and his mother, Annick, he is survived by his loving sons; Sebastien C. Boulas of Watertown and Valentin K. Boulas of Andover, step-son; Francesco N. Schaff and his wife Regan G. Rau of Dallas, Texas and brother; Philippe C. and his wife Sonia Boulas of Portugal.
His Memorial Service will be celebrated in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover on Friday, March 24, 2023, at 7 PM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend.
