Worcester – Ella M. (Gervais) Fallon, 94, of Worcester, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023 in the Christopher House after an illness.
Ella was married to the late Kenneth J. Fallon Sr. Who passed away in 1992. She is survived by a son, Kenneth Fallon Jr. of Worcester; two daughters, Sr. Linda Fallon SSJ of Worcester and Kathleen Zamis of Charlton; a sister, Irene Dupuis of Owego, NY; 6 grandchildren, Donald, Michelle, Lisa, Michael, Andrew and Kimberly; 2 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
Ella was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Rodrique and Leonie Gervais and is also predeceased by 6 brothers and sisters. She worked many years ago at the former Belmont Home and then worked as a private caretaker.
Mrs. Fallon was an avid bingo player and always enjoyed a good shopping trip, playing cards or taking day trips with her family or friends. Ella had a great devotion to Saint Anthony and loved attending mass.
A funeral will be held on Friday, March 17 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel and Our Lady of Loreto 37 Massasoit Rd. Worcester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 in the funeral home prior to the funeral. Memorial contributions in memory of Ella may be made to the Sisters of St. Joseph 577 Carew Street Springfield, MA 01104.
