Darren M. Thomas (48) of Brockton died March 10th in the city.
He was born in Stoughton son of William R. Thomas Sr. and Anne F. (Danielczyk) Thomas. Darren was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry and was a 1992 graduate of Brockton High School. He coached Brockton youth baseball and soccer and was an avid Boston sports fan, enjoyed the outdoors, grilling with his secret recipes and working around the house.
Darren is survived by his former wife Isabel (Jorge) Thomas of Stoughton, 2 sons, Nicholas Thomas of Brockton and Darren M. Thomas Jr. of Stoughton, 3 daughters, Shaylah Sylvia of Brockton, Arianna (Thomas) Russo and husband Max of Stoughton and Alexia Thomas of Stoughton, 2 brothers, Stephen Thomas of Malden and William R. Thomas Jr. and wife Stacy of Brockton, a sister Lynn A. (Thomas) McGrath and husband Kevin of Brockton, 3 nieces and many aunts and uncles.
Visiting Hours will take place in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Thursday March 16th from 5-8 pm. Rev. “Flathead” Tom Iddings from the Broken Chains Biker Church of Taunton officiating at 7 pm. Private Burial Services to follow at a later date.
