Ray L. Twiss,66, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Friday, March 3, 2023.
Born August 24, 1956 in El Paso, TX, Ray was the son of the late Francis and Mary (Schober) Twiss.
He spent his early years in Birmingham, AL. before relocating to MA. in 1971. Ray graduated from
Fitchburg High School in 1974 and earned his Bachelors degree from Fitchburg State College in 1979.
He received a Master degree in Biology from Anna Maria College in 1985. Ray worked in research laboratories for several companies during his 40+ year
professional career.
Ray is survived by his loving wife of 32years, Joanne (Przybylek); his loving daughter Stephanie ;a niece and several nephews; several cousins; and many good friends.
He was predeceased by his brother Michael.
Ray ‘s unwavering love and devotion to his family was evident in everything he did. He deeply loved, and the memories he created with all who knew him will
carry on in our hearts.
All family and friends are welcome to attend Ray’s Funeral Mass Friday, march 10, 2023 at 10 am at St. Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb St. followed by
Burial at St. Joseph Garden of Peace Cemetery, Webster. Calling Hours will be Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 6-8pm at
ROBERT J.MILLER FUNERAL HOME and LAKE CHAPEL, 366 School St, Webster.
