Baby Boy Maverick Dean "Chunk" Gomez of Sylvester was born Thursday, March 2, 2023, and passed away Friday, March 3, 2023, at Phoebe-Putney Hospital in Albany. A memorial service will be held for Baby Maverick at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 2023, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Josh Bowles officiating. Baby Maverick will be laid to rest at a later date.
Baby Maverick was the son of Juan Gomez of Tifton and Brooke Brumbley of Sylvester.
In addition to his parents, Baby Maverick is survived by his grandparents and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
