Gertrude M. (Landry) Naglieri, age 96, passed away on Mar. 1, 2023 at the Chicopee Gardens Rehab and Nursing Home. She was born on Sept. 6, 1926 in Chicopee to the late Philias George Landry and Marie (Chouinard) Landry. Gertrude was a communicant of the former Assumption Parish. She was a member of the Ladies of St Ann. She worked at F.W Syckles, Tops and as a sales clerk for Kmart for many years until she retired. She is predeceased by her husband Anthony V. Naglieri who passed away in 1983, by her son Anthony Naglieri Jr and by her son-in-law Michael Baj. She is survived by her daughter Dianna Baj of Chicopee, 3 beloved grandchildren, Matthew Naglieri, Dana Naglieri and Marie Velenti along with eight great-great grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Mon., March 6, 2023 from 4 – 7 PM at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. A Funeral Service will be held on Tues., Mar. 7, 10-11 AM at the Funeral Home followed by an In-House Prayer Service at 11 AM. Burial will follow in St Rose de Lima Cemetery.
