BAUTISTA Elvin M. of Hyde Park, passed away tragically on February 21, 2023. Beloved son of Manuel and Damaris Bautista of Roslindale. Loving and caring husband of Monica Mosquera. Amazing father of his five children; Jovon Bautista, Ysatti Bautista, Sebastian Medina, Yadrian Bautista, and Mia Bautista. Loving brother of Michael Bautista, and O'Neil Pena. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Elvin, never said no, he was always willing to take the shirt off his back to give to someone else. He was also very hospitable, and was the life of the party. Elvin enjoyed playing and watching baseball and salsa dancing.
Visiting hours will be held at the P.E. Murray - F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 2000 Centre St. West Roxbury on Friday, March 3rd from 4-8pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 14 Montebello Rd. Jamaica Plain on Saturday, March 4th at 10am, (please go directly to the church, please do not park where yellow signs are, there is a church parking lot at 45 Brookside Ave., if you are going to the cemetery it would be best to back in to the spot). Interment St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.
It is requested by the family if you wish, to wear the color, white to the services.
