Evander Santana Ulloa, age 25, of Lynn, passed away on February 14, 2023. Son of Elias Santana and the late Fares Ulloa. Funeral services at The Assembly of Christian Churches 5 Howard Ave. Dorchester on Tuesday February 21, 2023. Visiting at the church beginning at 6 pm. Services at the church on Wednesday February 22 at 10 am. Interment will then follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
