FALL RIVER… Antonio Torres Valdes, age 64, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023 at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Antonio was son of the late Pedro Torres and Susanna Valdes of Puerto Rico. He was the beloved husband of Brisilla Narvaez.
Antonio moved to Fall River, MA in 2019. He was known as a skilled mechanic. Antonio loved music, singing and dancing. He also enjoyed sports and cooking. Most of all, he loved spending time with her family.
In addition to his wife, survivors include: sons, Jose A. Torres of Florida and Mizrahaem Torres of North Carolina; daughters, Carmen Torres and Alba Torres, both of Fall River, MA; brother, Salvator Torres of Springfield, MA; sister, Evarista Torres of Puerto Rico; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, the late Pedro Torres and the late Ramiro Torres.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will take place on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 11 AM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, MA 02723 followed by interment in Oak Grove Cemetery in Fall River. Visitation will be held from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the service.
