Barbara (Landry) Wilson, 84 of Worcester died Sunday, January 29th at Christopher House of Worcester. She leaves a sister, Joan Powlics of Worcester; a brother, Richard Landry of Worcester; her sister-in-law, Cheryl Hennigan; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her spouse, William W. Wilson in 2015; a brother, Carl Landry; and three sisters, Leora (Landry) Williams, Alice (Landry) Daniels, and Dorothy (Landry) Trottier.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Frederick and Leora (Noble) Landry. She attended and graduated from Commerce High School. Barbara first worked as a lab tech at Astra Pharmaceutical and later owned and operated Wilson Heating and Oil in Marlborough with her husband. Barbara enjoyed golfing, spending time at her home on the beach in Harwich, and loved the color yellow. The family would like to thank the staff at Christopher house for the support and care Barbara received.
Her funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue is assisting the family with arrangements.
