Londonderry, NH- Patricia A. (McKay) D’Anna, 85, a longtime resident of Londonderry, NH passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, January 29. Pat was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on January 15, 1938. She was the daughter of the late Charles McKay and Jesse (Allen) McKay.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 63 years, Vito S. D’Anna. Before her retirement, she had been employed in the private security field. Pat enjoyed seeing other parts of the world, having traveled extensively, including trips to Italy and Ireland. She enjoyed trips to the White Mountains and the beach as well. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her large family at regular holiday and birthday gatherings and weekend cookouts at her home.
Besides her husband Vito, she is survived by loving children Anthony D’Anna (Diana Daigle), Vito J D’Anna (Janet), Kim Pierce (Denis), Lisa McNaughton (Kenneth), Linda Houde, Mark D’Anna and Jonathan D’Anna (Michelle), siblings John McKay (Elizabeth), Sandra Smith (Lawrence), Joyce Wagner (Bob), Kathy Richardson, Patrick McKay (Maura), 13 grandchildren,10 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Charles McKay, sister Charlene Gauvin, sister- in-law Sarah Iacobello, and daughter-in-law Ressa D’Anna.
The family would like to extend much gratitude to Amedisys Hospice with special mention to Pat’s hospice nurse Tiffany and LNA’s Donna and Katelyn.
Calling hours will be held Monday, February 6, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am in St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. The burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Gilcreast Rd, Londonderry
