Anne F. Conlon, 79

Anne F. (Allard) Conlon, age 79, of Mansfield and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at the Life Care Center of Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of Frederick Conlon, to whom she was wed September 3, 1966.
Born in Cranston, Rhode Island on September 1, 1943, she was a loving daughter of the late Yvonne Allard. Anne grew up in Pawtucket and was educated in Pawtucket schools.
Prior to retiring, Mrs. Conlon, along with her husband successfully owned and operated the Seasonal Pool & Patio Center in Hanover for twenty-four years. She had made her home in Mansfield for the past forty-four years and was a communicant of Saint Mary’s Church in Mansfield and a charter member of the Mansfield Elks Emblem Club.
Anne’s family, whom she loved dearly, were truly the essence of her life and always the center of her attention. She enjoyed puzzles, crossword puzzles and especially decorating at Christmas time. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her devoted children: Michael Conlon of Mansfield and Kelly Conlon-Young and her husband Stephen Young of Halifax. She is also survived by her cherished grandsons: Timothy Collins of Halifax, Matthew Conlon and his wife Ashleigh of Mansfield and Daniel Collins of Halifax.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, January 31st from 4:00-7:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main Street, Mansfield.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 1st at 11:00 A.M. in Saint Mary’s Church, 330 Pratt Street (Route 106) Mansfield. Burial will follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield.
In lieu of flowers, Anne’s family has requested that donations in her memory be made to Brigham & Women’s Hospital, 75 Francis Street, Boston, MA 02115.
