James Michael “Jim” Richardson, 71, of Penacook, NH passed away on Saturday January 14, 2023 at Granite VNA Hospice in Concord, NH. Jim was born September 29, 1951 in Boston, MA and was a son of the late James J. and Barbara (Fogarty) Richardson. He was raised and educated in South Boston. Jim relocated to NH in 1980 and had been a resident of Penacook since 2015.
Jim was a truck driver and had been employed by several companies including BSP Airfreight of Londonderry, NH and Rugby Wholesale Building Supply/ Huttig Door and Window of Hooksett, NH. He lived a quiet life and enjoyed the company of his friends and family.
He is survived by his daughter- Tori DiRusso, four sons, James Richardson, Michael Richardson, Thomas Richardson and William Richardson. His partner, Gail Groves, nine grandchildren, four sisters, Jean Cleary, Katherine Ryan, Patricia Costello and brother, Joseph Richardson, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his sisters, Dorothy Bothwell, Elaine Johnson and brother Robert Richardson.
After cremation, a memorial reception will be held on Saturday January 28, 2023, from 3 to 5 pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road Londonderry, NH.
