Ylli Cika, 70, of Worcester died Wednesday, January 18th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center – University Campus. He leaves his wife of 45 years, Marjana (Trajani) Cika; three children, Fjoralba Prenci of Worcester, Marin Cika of Tirana, Albania, and Iva Cika of Worcester; two brothers, Maksim Cika and his wife, Violeta of Paxton, and Agron Cika and his wife, Dhurata of Vienna, Austria; a grandchild, Deante Watkins; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Jorgji Cika.
He was born in Tirana, Albania and immigrated to the United States in October of 2000. Ylli worked in Albania as a dentist for many years. He enjoyed spending his time working, spending time with family and friends and travelling.
His visitation is Monday, January 23rd from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with burial to follow in Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster Street.
