Irene C. Waller, 84, of Loudon died on January 15, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Irene was born July 9, 1938 in Manchester, the daughter of Conrad and Cora (Hemond) Levasseur.
Irene was a life-long resident of New Hampshire. She worked as secretary for Raytheon for many years before her retirement. She was a devout Catholic and was a parishioner of the Blessed Sacrament Parish. Irene was a member of the American Legion Post #2, the Disabled American Veterans Chapter # 2 and the Manchester Elks Lodge. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and her great grandchildren and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Irene survived by her daughter, Karen Sanborn and her husband Alan of Loudon, her granddaughter, Katie Sanborn of Loudon, Grandson’s; James Sanborn and his wife Tiffany of Barnstead, and Joseph Tonery Jr. of NH, her great granddaughters; Mia and Everly, as well as her brother Conrad Levasseur of NH.
She is predeceased by her loving husband, James Waller who died in 1989, her daughter, Lynn Tonery, her son, Donald Waller and her brother, Roger Levasseur.
Calling hours will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, January 20, 2023 at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge Street, Manchester. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 21, at Blessed Sacrament 14 Elm Street, Manchester. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, 765 Brown Ave, Manchester.
