Katherine “Kay” Sampson, from West Roxbury, affectionately known as Yia Yia, passed away peacefully on January 14th, 2023, with her loving family by her side. She has been the loving wife for the past 68 years to Lloyd “Sam” Sampson.
Loving mother of her daughter Denise Mearn and her husband Joe and her son Lloyd Sampson and Patricia Sampson.
Loving Yia Yia of Heather Merrill and her husband Rick Merrill, Joe Mearn, and his wife Melissa Mearn, along with Elizabeth Sampson, Michael Sampson, and Mathew Sampson.

Funeral Services at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY, Wednesday, January 25th at 11am. Visiting hours Tuesday, January 24th from 3-7pm. Relatives and friends invited. Interment MA National Cemetery, Bourne at 1:30pm.
