Nicole Marie MacLellan, 48, of Worcester, died Sunday, January 8th at home following a courageous battle with AML. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth R. MacLellan; her mother, Ann Marie Tedeschi Chiampa; two sons, Jay Cruz and his fiancé, Megan Baker of Plainville, CT, and Cameron MacLellan of Worcester; her daughter, Hannah MacLellan of Worcester; a brother, Jason Proia of Williston, VT and three sisters, Jennifer Proia of Worcester, Danielle Proia of Oxford and Jessica Proia of Leicester; two grandchildren, Xavier Mateo MacLellan Rivera and Annabella Baker and many nephews and nieces, including her first niece, Madison LeClair of Worcester. She was predeceased by son, Michael P. Cruz.
She was born in Boston. Her greatest joy was time spent with family, especially her grandchild, Mateo. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
Her visitation will be held on Saturday, January 28th from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. in O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Celebration of Life to follow at the Italian American Victory Club, 26 Dewey Road, Shrewsbury.
