Ashleigh L. Maggio Smith, lifelong resident of Medford, passed away on Tuesday, January 10th. She was 25. Born in Winchester, and raised in Medford, she was the cherished daughter of Lisa J. Maggio Smith.
Ashleigh was a fun loving; caring woman with a heart of gold. She would help anyone in need; there was no one she would turn away. A natural people person, Ashleigh made friends instantly. She had a funny sense of humor and you were constantly laughing while you were with her. Ashleigh was a fashionista and enjoyed shopping. She was always into the latest fashions; especially when it came to make up.
Ashleigh was a talented artist and loved to draw. She was proud of her drawings and often shared them with her family and friends. One of Ashleigh’s biggest talents was cooking. Ashleigh was always coming up with new recipes and creating the next best dish. Ashleigh was a loving mother, caring daughter, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed.
Ashleigh was the loving mother of Aaliyah and Vincenzo Smith. She was the dear sister of Michael, Julianne and Joseph Smith. She was the loving granddaughter of Ruth D. Maggio. She was the proud owner of her three cats Simba, Mishu and Sage. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
On behalf of Ashleigh’s family all services will be private. A celebration of life will be planned on a later date.
