Dartmouth – Aldina May Avellar, age 98, of Dartmouth, MA passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth.
Preceded in death by her parents, John and Margaret (Ward) Avellar; her sister, Doris Feno and her brothers, Arnold Avellar, Vernon Avellar, Russell Avellar and John Avellar, Jr.
Survivors include, Aunt and Godchild, Sharon Feno Silva and her husband Raymond; niece, Debbie Harrington and her husband Daniel; nephews, Bruce Feno and his wife Sandra, Dennis Avellar and his wife Mary Ellen and her sister-in-law, Helen Avellar.
Aldina had been a member of the International Ladies Garment Union.
Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Perry Funeral Home, beginning at 11:00 A.M. with a service to take place at 12:00 P.M. Burial will immediately follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
