Charlotte Doherty Webber, age 79 passed away peacefully on December 23, 2022 at UMass Memorial Medical Center. Charlotte was born on April 9, 1943, in Franklin, Massachusetts and remained a proud, lifelong Franklin resident.
While raising her three sons, Robert, James and Steven, Charlotte worked for Digital Corporation in Franklin. After the closure of Digital Corp., she went to work at Nypro Inc. out of Clinton, Massachusetts in the area of Human Resources. During her time there, she rose up to become part of the Board of Directors.
Charlotte enjoyed vacationing in Ogunquit, Maine, St. Maarten, as well as visiting her children and grandchildren in Cape Canaveral, Florida. She loved the beach! Charlotte was active in her community as a Cub Scout leader, Little League Mom, as well as an active member of St. Vincent De Paul.
Charlotte was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Francis G. Webber, three sons, Robert M. Webber and his wife Michelle of Cape Canaveral, FL, James F. Webber and his wife Pamela of Millis, MA, and Steven J. Webber and his wife April of Litchfield, NH, her nine grandchildren, Elizabeth, Stephanie, Owen, Clare, Julia, Lily, Ryan, Brian and Katherine, and her two great-granddaughters, Isabelle and Harlow.
She is also survived by her Brother Edward J. Doherty and his wife Roberta of Franklin, and her sister Elaine J. Pacheco and her husband Ron of Woonsocket, RI, as well as many special nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Friday December 30th at 9AM from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church 1 Church Square, Franklin at 10AM.
Interment will follow at the parish cemetery.
Calling hours are Thursday from 4-7PM.
