Old Orchard, ME – William H. Johnson, 71, of Old Orchard, ME passed away on December 10, 2022 after being stricken ill.
Billy was born in Worcester, son of the late Harold Johnson Jr. and Betty J. (Hobson) Johnson. He is survived by his two daughters, Sandra Johnson and her husband, Donald and Jodie Johnson and her husband, David both of Worcester; two sisters, Nancy Naoum and her husband, Steve of Worcester and Lynda Rogers of Auburn; a brother in law, Dan Millett of Worcester; 3 grandchildren, Benjamin, Joshua and Anjelica and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. He is also predeceased by a sister, Susan Millet.
He worked for the former New England Telephone Company and Verizon until his retirement. Billy was an avid golfer and drummer, he loved taking rides on his Harley Davidson and loved spending time with his family when they came to Maine to visit him every summer. He looked forward every year to spending his Christmas and New Years in Aruba.
Calling hours to celebrate Billy’s life will be held on Wednesday, December 21 from 4 to 6 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond Street Worcester.
