Stephen J. Collins, 43, of Lowell, passed away after a period of declining health on Monday, December 5, 2022 surrounded by his loving immediate family.
Loved dearly by his mother, Julie Ryan and siblings Shayla, Craig, and Katelyn and his father, the late Stephen Collins. Uncle to Mia, Christopher, Alexis, and Macie.
He had worked many years within the Telecommunications industry, in all aspects up to a Project Manager. Most important to Stephen was family and his dog, Bella. He was the gentle giant with a heart of gold. Loved talking to everyone and could always make you smile and laugh.
Stephen will be missed by many.
