Helen N. Kuliga, died December 4, 2022 at Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord following a period of declining health.
She was born in Manchester on May 25, 1931 the daughter of John and Patricia (Mucha) Zayac.
She and her husband, Stanley owned and operated Norm and Willy's and Mike and Kim’s family grocery stores.
She was a communicant of Holy Trinity Cathedral, where she taught Sunday School and volunteered in many capacities.
She loved spending time with her family and friends.
Family members include her husband of seventy years, Stanley Kuliga of Hooksett, one son; Stephan Kuliga and his wife, Cathy of Hooksett, two daughters; Kristine Kuliga of Pembroke, Stephanie Kuliga of Hooksett, a beloved niece, Carol Boucher and her husband, Bill of Candia, eight grandchildren; Jason, Kyle, her husband, Mark, Nicholas, Alexa, Eadyn, Alex, Emma, Dominic, four great grandchildren; Brendan, Bria, Adalyn, Aria and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Stasia Mongeon, Theodore Zayac, Louis Zayac and Walter Zayac.
She maintained lifelong friendships with Donald and Claudette Halle and Sophie “Suds” Chakos.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 11 am in Holy Trinity Cathedral, 166 Pearl St.
Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery in Goffstown.
