Hoeun Bun, 69, of Lowell, passed away peacefully, Monday, November 28, 2022, at Lowell General Hospital after a courageous two year battle with lung and brain cancer, with his loving family by his side.
The widower of the late Savoeun Sam, he was born May 6, 1953, in Kampong Cham, Cambodia and was a son of the late Chhean Mean and the late Yon Yi. He was raised and educated in Cambodia, coming to the United States in 1986, making his home in Lowell. He worked for many years as a welder before his retirement.
He is survived by his children, Savee Bun of Lowell, Kianni Vigeant and her husband, Andrew Vigeant of Dracut, and Sohan Bun of Cambodia; his beloved grandchildren, Jarelyce Souza, Daniel Nobles, Kaliyana Chea, Kayden Vigeant, Fidel Bun, and David Bun; as well as extended family members in Cambodia and the United States, and friends he has made throughout the City.
