WEBSTER – Frances R. Duquette, 74, of Golden Heights, died Tuesday, November 29, 2022 in Clinton Hospital from pancreatic cancer.
She leaves a brother, Philip G. Duquette of North Brookfield; a niece, a nephew and 2 great-nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Elizabeth A. Hope in 2018 and Margaret M. Duquette last year.
She was born in Webster on September 14, 1948, a daughter of William F. And Rose (Rieger) Duquette and lived in Dudley and Webster all her life. She graduated from Bartlett High School in 1966.
Miss Duquette first worked in the human resources department at the American Optical Company in Southbridge. She was then an underwriter for the former Commerce Insurance Company, now Mapfre, in Webster.
She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Oxford and of the Daughters of Isabella Council in Webster. She enjoyed reading.
Memorial calling hours will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 10 in Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street.
