Charles J. Hiotes (Court Street Red) (71) of Brockton died November 25th in the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston.
Chuck was born in Brockton son of the late John W. Hiotes and Marion (MacMahon) Hiotes. Charles was an oil burner technician for Scudder Fuel Company and Eaton Mechanical Company. Charles was an east side legend, known for riding his scooter around the city. He enjoyed playing the tambourine, fishing, volunteering for Stairway to Recovery Program and socializing with his family and friends.
Charles is survived by his girlfriend Kathy Dodge of Groton, his brother James Hiotes and wife Connie of Brockton, 4 sisters, Sandy Van and Laurie Hiotes both of Brockton, Joanne Conrad and husband Wayne of Carver and Mary Colarusso and husband Paul of Falmouth, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Thursday December 1st from 5-8 pm. Cremation to follow.
