Noella leaves behind two son's Edward and Brian Normandin .Two grandaughter''s , Kara Lee Normandin of Brian and Valerie Amber Normandin of Edward ; a sister Lucille Vitulano ; two nieces and a nephew. She was predeceased by her Daughter ; Master Chief Deborah Brooks and her Brother Paul Voghel.
Noella had a long work history in varioys factories and was proud she owned a home where she raised her children. Later in life she was a compassionate caregiver and enjoyed the stories her clients shared with her. One of her favorite joy's was spending time at the casino's and playing Bingo , where she was sure to have a smile.
