Rollins (Carroll), Kerry 52, of Roslindale, formerly of East Dedham, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
Born in Boston, MA on December 28, 1969, Kerry was the son of the late June Rollins. He is survived by his brother, Everett C. Rollins of Lakeville, MA and his sister, Shannon-Lee McGee of Taunton, MA. He is also survived by his longtime partner, Kelli McAlduff of Bellingham, MA, her children, Jessica, Michael, and Kyle Dull, and her grandson, Ethan Hall, all of Bellingham.
Kerry was a recent graduate of the Teaching Kitchen at Community Servings in Jamaica Plain. He loved cooking, reading, flea markets, and collecting uranium glass and Dedham Pottery. He was a fan of music and movies, especially the “Brat Pack” and several other 80s classics. He was known to family and friends as the class clown, always goofing around and playing practical jokes to make others laugh. Kerry had a big heart and left a lasting impression on everyone he came in contact with.
He leaves behind lifelong friends, Chuck Sears of Framingham, Owen McCarthy and his son Cullen of South Boston, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham on Saturday, Nov. 26 from 1:00-4:00pm. A graveside service will be held in Brookdale Cemetery, 86 Brookdale Ave., Dedham on Friday, Dec. 2 at 1:00pm. Relatives and friends kindly invited.
