It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our brother Daniel Thomas Walker of Halifax, MA died on Friday November 4, 2022. Danny was born in Brockton, MA on July 21, 1961. He was the son of Thomas and Mafalda Walker. He attended Southeastern Regional high School then enlisted into the U.S. Armed Forces. Danny was very proud of his service to his country.
Countless wonderful childhood memories were made with his family and many friends every summer at Peter's Pond Park on Cape Cod. The Cape always held a place in his heart.
Danny enjoyed fishing, drawing, and music, particularly the Beatles. He was known to be a free spirit and loved taking long rides looking for adventure.
Daniel is survived by his seven brother and sisters. Burt Mason of Easton, Pamela and Fred Morgan of Florida, Patricia and Lawrence MacDougall of Prince Edward Island, Debra and James Sweeney of Middleboro, Thomas Walker and Brigette MacKinnon of Taunton, Tammy and Tom Richards of Sandwich, Cheri and Daniel Miller of Middleboro and his special friend Brenda Cuellar.
He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, their spouses and children whom he loved dearly.
Our brother Danny will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held at the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St. Brockton, MA on Thursday November 17 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm followed by a prayer service.
Daniel will be interred at the National Cemetery in Bourne MA on Friday November 18, 2022 at 9:30am. .
