Ethel D. (Silva) Tempesta Age 82, of Jackson, Georgia formerly 80 years in Somerville, May 21. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Tempesta. Loving mother and best friend to her daughter Dolores “Dee” Sciarappa and John McGuigan of Jackson, GA, Ronald Tempesta and his wife Kathleen of Ocala, FL, Daniel Tempesta and his wife Maureen “Moe” of Tewksbury. Devoted nana/nene of Dan and Tara Tempesta Jr., Ken Sciarappa Jr., Vanessa Cotto, Karen Sciarappa, BobbiJean Cook, Michelle, Amanda, Marci and Ronnie Tempesta, Lindsay Fortunata and Christine Sciarappa. Great nana to Kenny Sciarappa III, Nicholas and Maxwell Tempesta, Paul and Andy Cranfill. Sister of Lillian Devito and her husband Chic. Sister in law of Raymond Sleeper and Lucy Sancuk. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours Thursday 5-9 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Friday at 10 AM St. Anthony Church, 12 Properzi Way, Somerville.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
