WEBSTER – Theresa Veronica (Biadasz) Strzelewicz, 93, passed away on Sunday, November
6, 2022 with family by her side.
Theresa leaves behind four children: Carol McDonald of Douglas, Michael Strzelewicz and his
wife Gina of Jupiter, Florida, Patricia Mancini and her husband Justin of Palmer, and Jane
Hanson and her husband Kurt of Franklin; 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and
several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her dear friend Barbara. Theresa was
predeceased by her husband, Anthony J. Strzelewicz, in 1974. She was also predeceased by
her siblings, Paul Biadasz and Rose Jarzabski.
Born in Webster on January 5, 1929, Theresa was the daughter of Stanley and Mary (Zurawka)
Biadasz and a lifelong resident of Webster. She was a graduate of Bartlett High School in 1946
and of Forsyth School for Dental Hygiene in Boston in 1948.
Theresa worked as a dental hygienist in private dental offices and for 33 years in public and
parochial schools in Putnam and Thompson, Connecticut. She retired in 1994. Theresa was a
member of the Massachusetts Dental Hygienist Association and a member of Webster Emblem
Club. She was a faith-filled, lifelong member of Saint Joseph Church in Webster.
Theresa cherished spending time with her children and their spouses, grandchildren, and
great-grandchildren. She was an avid traveler and especially enjoyed going on cruises. She
also enjoyed reading, crocheting, and puzzles.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 14th at 11:00 AM at Saint Joseph
Church, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster. Visitation hours will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on
Sunday, November 13th at Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street,
Webster. Burial will be private on a future date. Donations may be made in Theresa’s name to the Felician Sisters, 1315 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT 06082.
