Thompson , CT and Auburn, MA: Judith Cobb, 85, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center University Campus surrounded by her loving family. She leaves a son Stephen Cobb and his wife Anne Marie of Cherry Valley ; 3 daughters - Barbara Nichols and her husband Arthur of Worcester, Diane Hebert and her husband Michael of Thompson, CT, and Jacalyn Baronowski and her husband James of Thompson, CT; 10 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her late husband of 64 years Lyman R. Cobb Jr., and by her sister Marilyn Holmes.
Judy was born in Uxbridge, daughter of the late Elmer and Christine ( Anderson ) McFarland. She earned her Nursing Certificate from the Memorial School of Nursing. She worked for many years as a Registered Nurse at Memorial Hospital in Worcester . She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing Bingo, playing Bocce, doing puzzles, watching Red Sox games, and spending time at her home in Ft. Myers , Florida .
