WEST SPRINGFIELD – Louise A. (Arno) Daniele, 77, of West Springfield, the beloved Matriarch of the Daniele family, was Called Safely Home on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. She passed into Eternal Life at UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester surrounded by the care and comfort of her devoted family. Louise was born in New York, NY on December 15, 1944 to Italian immigrants Salvatore Arno and Rose (Panetta) Tomaino. An attractive, young woman with exotic looks, she easily won the Crown of Miss Columbus Day. She was a proud alumna of Our Lady of Mount Carmel School and the Mansfield Hair Academy. She fell in love and married Giovanni A. Daniele and proceeded to become half of a power couple who co-founded Red Rose Pizzeria in Springfield and Nini's Ristorante in Easthampton, an award winning eatery run by her son, Aristide "Johnny". Louise loved traveling, fashion and Elvis Presley. She was a truly phenomenal woman who will be missed by all who knew her. She leaves her three loving children, Alisa M. Daniele and her partner, William Curtis, Rosanna Daniele and Aristide "Johnny" Daniele and his wife, Chelsea; her four cherished grandchildren, Destiny, Giovanni, Enzo and Mila Rose; and her many dear nephews, nieces and extended family together with all those fortunate to have crossed her path and benefitted from her generosity. Her relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 123 William Street, Springfield, MA 01105, (please meet directly at the church). Her burial will be private at Saint Michael Cemetery in Springfield. There are no visiting hours. Her funeral arrangements are entrusted to the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Springfield Chapels, (413-737-1177), 7 Chapin Terrace, Springfield, MA 01107.
