Victor J. Brier, 73, of Marion died October 25, 2022 peacefully at Tobey Hospital.
He was the husband of Victoria B. (Murphy) Brier.
Born in Carver, son of the late Louis J. and Olive Mae (Purington) Brier, he lived in Marion most of his life.
Victor was a General Contractor for many years. He enjoyed helping others and took great pride in his work. He held many licenses including Master Plumber, Title 5 Inspector, Master Pipe Fitter, Construction Supervisor, Master Sheet Metal Worker and CDL Hazmat Permit among others.
He enjoyed horseback riding, riding his motorcycle, trips to the casino, shooting and collecting antique guns.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and received his Expert Marksmanship Badge.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Jonathan Victor Brier and his wife Jillian of Westboro; 3 daughters, Morgan Victoria Brier Wynne and her husband James of Freetown, Megan Mae Brier Dessert and her husband Matthew and Maryann Chelsea Brier, all of Marion; 4 siblings; 6 grandchildren, Phoenix, Mavis, Colton, Chesley, Charlotte and one on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by many siblings.
