Ann P. (Pollock) Bigwood, 85, of Medway died Tuesday, October 25, 2022, on her 85th birthday, at the Metro West Medical Center in Framingham. She was the wife of the late Francis E. Bigwood.
Born in Brooklyn, New York on October 25, 1937, she was the daughter of the late James and Elizabeth (Ambery) Pollock. She worked at the Bank of America in Medway for many years retiring as a branch manager.
Ann was a longtime resident of Medway and enjoyed wintering in Fort Pierce, Florida in her retirement. Ann loved travelling and enjoyed many cruises in the Caribbean and trips to Ireland with her late husband.
She is survived by her son, Richard Dunn, his wife Chrystella of Branford, Connecticut, and his three sons Keith, Randy, and Brendan. Her eldest daughter, Laurie McCarthy of Medway, her daughter Katherine and her son James. Her youngest daughter, Nancy Pollock of Norfolk, and her sons Ryan and Jason and her former son-in-law, James E. Pollock of Medway.
She is also survived by her stepdaughters Pamela Demers, her husband Michael of Florida and their children, and Susan O’Rourke, her husband Patrick of Ireland and their son.
Ann is also survived by her sister Theresa Burton of Skipperville, Alabama and was predeceased by fourteen siblings.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass on Friday, November 4 at St. Joseph Church, 151 Village St. in Medway at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Medway.
