Marilyn T. Keenan, of Medford, October 25th. Beloved daughter of the late William and Mary (Quigley) Keenan. Sister of William Keenan and his wife Catherine of York Beach, Maine and the late Thomas Keenan. Aunt of Melanie Gaiero and her husband Joseph of Burlington, Mark Keenan and his wife Stephanie of Westerly, Rhode Island, Paul Keenan and his wife Dianna of Wakefield, Catie Keenan of York Beach, Maine and Colleen Keenan of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Grand aunt of Lainey, Joseph, Kelsey, Caroline, Max and Will. Marilyn has been a resident of Medford for many years. She is a graduate of Girls Catholic High School in Malden, Class of 1971. She worked as an Insurance Broker for the Boynton Insurance Agency for 47 years, retiring in 2021. She was a member of the Elks Lodge in Medford and enjoyed walking, dancing, singing, and vacationing with friends. She especially enjoyed spending time in Lauderdale by the Sea in Florida. First and foremost, Marilyn enjoyed spending time with her family. Relatives & friends are invited to attend her funeral from the Breslin Funeral Home, 610 Pleasant St., Malden on Monday October 31st at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden 10 AM. Services will conclude with interment in Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday October 30th from 2-5 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
