Aubert “Attlee” Julien peacefully made his transition from earthly flesh to heavenly spirit on October 18, 2022. He was the husband of Naomi Julien. Father of Suzette, Petra, Shurwin, Ruthven, Kline, Avion, Joel, Natasha, Trevon, and Step-daughter Reniece. Grandfather of Sinead, Sydney, Gregory Jr, Gareth, Josh, Janea, Shemidiah, Haniel, Xiaevionn, Xavier, Keren, Kezia, Machiah, Julia, Chad Jr., Alaysha and Travis. The great grandfather of Jrue. Father-in-law of Carla, Sandra, Renee, Alana, Bertrand, Trevor, and Marvin. Brother-in-law of Marge, Jacklyn, Kelvin; Nephew in-law of Ann and a host of cousins. Aubert was born on December 13, 1945 and grew up in Vance River Village, Guapo, Trinidad, West Indies, to the late Emile and Lillian Julien. He was an only child. He attended Vance River RC School, and then went on to San Fernando Technical School. Aubert was an excellent student, and eventually his efforts helped him secure a job
as an electrician at Brisco Oil Company, he later left and worked as an Electrical Supervisor for several contractors in and around Trinidad and Tobago.
Aubert migrated to the United States in 1990, and worked for the American Industries as an Electrician, until illness caused his early retirement. Aubert possessed a generous nature that extended beyond family, and his friends can attest to the fact he could be accounted to assist them as needed. He loved to dance and love to play music. He was known to be the first one on the dance floor and the last to leave a party.
In 2016 Aubert gave his heart to the Lord. He was baptized in the Spiritual Baptist faith and was a faithful
member of The Ark of The Covenant church and served the Lord faithfully.
Aubert loved reading his bible and study the Word of the Lord. On many occasions he had the opportunity to share the Word at his church as well as with family and friends, which he took very seriously.
No accumulation of well-placed words could ever adequately capture the essence of Aubert. The void his
absence will place on those who knew him is immeasurable.
Aubert's family will receive visitors on Saturday October 29, 2022 from 10-11 AM followed by a funeral service from 11-12 noon in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale, Ma. Burial will be private.
