A life lived abundantly well
On October 21 st , 2022, Jeanne Enide Jean-Francois, a loving and caring Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great-Great-Grandmother, Cousin, and Aunt passed away peacefully in the city of Bridgewater, MA where she entered eternal life. Manman, as she was affectionately known, was born in 1924 in Cap-Haitian, Haiti to Agnes Tanis and St-Victor Jean-Francois where she grew up surrounded by her large family. Enide was known as a generous, pure-hearted, and compassionate soul. She loves and admires the simple things in life and she also loves spending time with her family. A multifaceted maverick and a Jill of trades, Enide’s spirit is carried by 5 children, 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 Great-Great- Grandchild, and an extended family of relations, and myriad of friends from every walk of life. A Mother like you is extremely rare, one that is amicable, wise, and down-to-earth. A devoted grandmother like you is what everyone needs and wishes they have, full of smiles and laughter, always doing good deeds. She was a skilled and intuitive nurse and was known by her colleagues for her indefatigable energy. She was also an avid seamstress where she would make something out of nothing
for anyone even at the very last minute. She was also an active member of the local church where she served as a mentor. Her other hobbies were playing cards, gardening, and going for her long walk. Most important of all, her love for her grandchildren was palpable. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
You will be immensely missed by your loving Family and perpetually remembered in our hearts for your wisdom and your fiery spirit that served to strengthen everyone you had met.
We are sincerely grateful to the many friends who have given us unwavering support and comfort during this bereavement time. May the Almighty grant you the highest rank in paradise.
