Stephen P. Vallett, age 69, of Brockton, formerly of Mansfield, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.
Born in Attleboro, MA on December 20, 1952, he was a loving son of the late Walter F. and Anita A. (Bellavance) Vallett.
Steve grew up in Mansfield and was a graduate of Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School. During the time of the Vietnam War, he proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. Prior to retiring, he was employed as a Nurse’s Assistant at the VA Medical Center in Brockton.
He was the devoted brother of Judith A. Nelson and her husband William of South Easton, Frederick L. Vallett and his wife Carol of Mansfield and is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
His Funeral Mass, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 25th at 9:00 A.M. in Saint Mary’s Church, 330 Pratt Street (Route 106) Mansfield. Burial will follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield.
